Q: Who provides the insurance coverage to transport my car?

A: We have Marine Transit and Vehicle delivery Insurance to cover your vehicle from pick-up to delivery.

Q: Do you transport non-running or damaged vehicles?

A: Advance Car Carriers are unable to transport non running or damaged vehicles.

Q: How long will it take to deliver my vehicle?

A: We offer prompt pick-up and delivery services. To obtain an estimate from one of our operators please call our operations centre in your State. (click here for contact details).

Q: Do you provide flexible scheduling?

A: We have flexible scheduling to suit the requirements of our customers. Speak to our highly trained operations staff about how we can schedule pick-ups and deliveries to best meet your needs.

Q: What payment choices do I have?

A: Advance Car Carriers accepts most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX), or make payment upon pick-up or delivery (COD) with bank cheque, postal order or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. We encourage customers that require regular pick-ups to establish an account.

Q: How will Advance Car Carriers move my car?

A: A: Advance uses modern car carriers usually ranging from 2 to 7 car capacity vehicles. These are the same trucks used to transport new vehicles from vehicle processing centres to dealerships across the country.
